No. You can enter your own keys in AI Settings. For any engine you've added a key for, your key is used first and no credits are spent. Only features without a key of yours use Mixia Credits.
In MAIV: Help ▸ AI Settings, enter the email you signed up with at maebook.com and a 6-digit code arrives by email (valid 10 minutes). No password or key needed.
No. Credits refill to the plan amount on each payment date, so pick the plan that matches what you use in a month.
The app shows a top-up / subscribe prompt. There are no top-ups — you move up to the next plan. Changing plans starts a new payment and fills credits to the new plan's amount.
Any time in My Library ▸ Subscription at maebook.com. After you cancel you can use your remaining credits until the next billing date, and automatic billing then stops. Refunds follow the refund policy.
Automatic card billing only (charged on the same day each month, in Korean won). If a payment fails we email you and try again for a few days.
Core features — editing, auto-subtitles, silence removal — run on your own computer, and your video and recorded audio are never sent to the AI. Only when you use the AI tools is what the request needs — the subtitle text or the description you wrote, and for scene videos the one starting picture you chose — sent to the Mixia server and the AI engines.
